Strengths Finder

For over a year my friend Stephanie Ransom has told me about the book Strengths Finder.  To me it seemed like a lot of work just for a book to tell you about yourself.  But, I finally obliged and took the test and then read my results on this last trip.

Here are my top five:

Maximizer
Developer
Empathy
Positivity
Relator

It really is interesting to read something about the way you think and act.  It got me dead on and I've tried to apply it to my work.  Instead of thinking about what I'm not good at (English and any other language for that matter, etc.).  I've been trying to focus on what I am good at.

I highly suggested picking up a copy for yourself.

Love, Sarah

Travis, does that mean we're nothing alike?! But maybe we need each other to be successful! :)

...Case, you gotta get the book and then they give you a code to use online to take the test and when you get your results you read about them in the book. I guess a lot of businesses have their employees take the test for work.
