If you have horrible water pressure in your shower it might not be something you have to deal with. In newer shower heads there is a thing called a Flow Restrictor inserted into the head. We found this out by thinking our shower in Costa Rica had the worst imaginable water presser and it was something we couldn't easily fix. We then bought the same Grohe shower head for our home here in Dallas and it barely rinsed the conditioner out of my hair! We knew something had to be up and Paul found out about this little Flow Restrictor through some research. Once you remove it, the water flow comes back in full force. Just make sure to be more mindful to take faster showers.
