Serena: On the Attack!

Are you kidding me?!

We've never witnessed it yet, but they say when Serena gets fed she goes on the hunt. She'll literally jump in the air to catch her food and throw it to the ground and kill it all over again.

At Big Cat Care they feed holistically, meaning they eat whole animals. They will receive cows and horses that have passed away from illnesses or any other reason and butcher them on site and throw pieces of the remains into the cats homes. Most the cats there just wander off to their meal and sit down to eat. Serena, on the other hand, will go on the hunt and devour her meal, as if she were stalking her prey all day.

I'm so thankful she hasn't lost that natural instinct.
