I just came across this blog as I'm waiting to leave for a friends art show and I couldn't be more grateful. Looking through Advance Syle's blog literally made my heart smile.
This is Ruth. She's 100 years old and still doing pilates and looking divine.
I don't think we should look at youth as our goal, but inner beauty as the key. There's nothing more beautiful then a women that shows off every laugh line and gray hair as proof of life.
