Paul had to go to Aspen for a meeting on a new house a client of his is building. They were sweet enough to invite me along! We left Friday morning, and since the meeting was only for an hour or two on Monday, we had plenty of time to relax and have a mini vaca!
I hadn't been back to Aspen since I hurt my back and I didn't realize how hard it would be to be so close to the mountain and not be able to snowboard down!
I had to take a mini gondola down to a restaurant where I would meet Paul every time he got done with a run.

We went to all three of Craig Cordts-Pearce's restaurants in Aspen. We met him the first night at Wild Fig and Paul's clients thought it would be fun for us to experience all of his restaurants! Each one was delicious and different from the first.

What? No picture of Kevin Costner? That definitely would have been the "touristy" thing to do!! LOL!! I love the mountains there, from what I've seen in pictures and I love the Aspen trees!! I enjoyed reading your Aspen "vaca" report and the pictures you posted!!
